2015 has been the beginning of the old me and the start of the new me.

I was the girl (and still am) ready to please everyone. To do what I can to make other’s happy. I felt like that was my primary job. Let’s give you a little back ground about myself I’m a proud African-American (Black) woman in my 30s (I mean with this blog we will get close but we don’t have to start today lol). I grew up the oldest of 4 girls and was raised by both parents in South Central Los Angeles. So I’m a true Los Angeleño. I love my street tacos, a Lakers game here or there, and the weather. I’ve been raised in church majored of my life. I really started serving God after a situation I had with the LAPD in 2009 (which hopeful I can share that story with you later). I have my associates’ degree, my bachelor’s degree from one of the greatest HBCU- North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (a mouthful) AkA NCATSU  AKA A&T (Greensboro, NC). Currently working on my young master degree. All that to say your gurl has some knowledge going on with herself.

So with just a little deets about me. Faithful child of God, educated, young, wife. Hopeful you can enjoyed this journey with me.  With all that said let’s get this party started.
