Lately, I’ve  been so commune with life trying my best to put everything in the hands of God. I speak to myself let go and Let God. Stop trying to work out the details you know God, has you. When I beginning to see the end of the tunnel, I see that God has things under control then some bad news come in and I’m back to scrambling to fix the situation.

“Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” Matthew 6:26-27

Let me tell you it’s hard to work on things for yourself when you literally have no control over it. So I’m back to worrying. Back to praying. Back to crying. I literally feel my body filling with anxiety. My stomach turning into knots.

In the back of my mind, I know that God has me. God has lead me this far. I tell myself that God will not leave you. He has already shown you that he has you. But why do you insisted on worrying over things that you don’t have any control over? So what you might have to live where you’re staying for another year. So what you feel stuck. Don’t you know that God is in Control?

 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?” Matthew 6:28-31

How can you help others if you’re not walking in the very words you speak about God to others?

God is in control. Stop being a worry wart. As I began to tell myself these things I realize that it’s time to put the word of God on this spirit. If God told me that I don’t have to live in fear because I have the power, love and a sound mind. Then I don’t have to worry about the possible outcome of any situation I will face.

“For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:32-33

When you walk out the house your suited in your armor. One of your most powerful weapons is your sword which is the word of God.

I don’t have to continue to feel sick with worrying I can use my sword to defeat this worrying spirit. Because God is in Control.
