Ask God for what you want without Fear and Doubt

When you read James 1:5-6 it gives simple advice: how to come to God, asking for what you want. The verses tell you if you ask God for something and he hasn’t given it to you. To ask in faith not doubting that God can give you what you ask for.

As a child, when you wanted something from your parents, you knew to ask for what wanted at the right time, because you knew timing how you asked, would depend on how your parents would react to your request. Either your parents would say yes or no. You knew you had to overcome your doubts or fears by mustard up the courage to ask. In hopes, they would say yes.

Your parents and God are similar. They both want to best for you. They both are responsible for whatever they say Yes too. The outcome that comes with saying yes. The difference between God and your parents is that God already knows the outcome. God is confidence in granting you with your because he has already made your path along with his Yes a VIP path for you.

The details have already been made on your behalf because God has already seen to it. Even the small details that will arise that we haven’t thought of. How can God prove himself to you if you can’t prove yourself to him by trusting he has the best for you? Doubt is uncertain, its fear is hesitation, it’s the lack of conviction it’s the author of confusion.

“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.” 1 Corinthians 14:33

Going to God for the things we lack is like going to the supply store for our crafts. We know that the store will mostly have all the things we want plus we can get things weren’t thinking of. We get blessed with some sales items and no one is in the line when it’s time for us to check out. Then the sales person hands us a 20% coupon to use right now.

“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.”Isaiah 43:1

This is God plus more when we go to him in confidence, and favor asking of him. Because we are his and he knows us by name its nothing impossible for God to do. As you go through your day, find yourself seeking God out, Found yourself comforted by knowing that you are already blessed you only need to ask without fear or doubt that God has his very best for you. “What can we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since God did not spare even His own Son but gave Him up for us all, won’t God, who gave us Christ, also give us everything else?” Romans 8:31-32
